How to get started?

We do a free consultation call to understand your needs and see how we can help. If you choose to move ahead, we onboard you for a pilot project so that you can see if we meet your business requirements without committing to any long-term contract.

How long does the onboarding process take?

At SquadIQ, we believe in efficiency with speed. The onboarding process takes only 72 hours. We provide APIs for faster and more secure data sharing.

How is SquadIQ different from a BPO?

We offer the largest virtual network of expert callers across India and an A.I.-driven platform to manage your sales fully. Unlike a BPO, with SquadIQ, you only pay for what you use and when you use it (100% on-demand, no seat costs).

Can we only get platform access?

This option is currently in beta, and we’ll provide an update very soon.

How do you ensure the quality of calling/outreach?

Over the years, we have developed a significant amount of automation + AI-based checks - like background noise, emotional levels, battery + connectivity strength of the agent, etc. - that runs over 100% of calls to ensure high quality. We also manually sample 2-5% of the calls to ensure everything meets with expectations. All quality reports, and 100% of the call recordings, are provided transparently to the customer for their inputs as well.

Do you use auto-dialers to connect with leads?

Our sales experts don’t use auto-dialers or robo-dialers for making calls. They dial contacts via click-to-call telephony set up. This means that whenever your leads pick up the phone, there’s a human at the other end of the line, waiting to talk to them – as it is meant to be.

Can I upgrade to a different pricing plan after onboarding?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan as per your requirements every month.

How fast can you scale?

We can scale up to 1.5x of your average lead volume in the past 30 days and customize it according to your requirements with a 7-day heads up.

Why do we need to pay the platform fee?

We charge a platform fee or a lead processing fee to: (i) ensure that we can provide all our software services like dashboards and reporting, APIs, ISO data security / AWS, etc. (ii) recurring training for your agents + hiring fresh agents as demand ramps up or they churn - think of this as an inbuilt TL! (iii) includes charges for setting up and managing your telephony systems. Please note that you don’t pay this fee when you are piloting with us, and you can also get discounts if you sign up for the long term!

After the first pulse of 60 seconds, all the answered calls will be billed for subsequent pulses of 30 seconds each.

We select our experts from a carefully curated pool of applicants who have had previous experience in the industry - less than 5% get through our automated application process. Following this, they are trained through videos and webinars with our trainers, and then they make a series of live calls where experts in our community provide feedback on their performance. The final pool of agents then appears for mock calls and webinars with our customers to ensure they are satisfied with the quality!
